The "NPA" product is no longer updated or supported.

NPA Exporter (and the previous telco numbering products) has been released and supported since 1991 when numbering products were either non-existent or very expensive.  Today, there are a plethora of telco numbering products that are well-researched and superior to the NPA product that was offered for so long.  A Google search will yield many such products.

Similarly, the PC Consultant is no longer an operating company.
